The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine ΓÇô Prisoners and Released Prisoners Committee in Lebanon ΓÇô warns of a direct and serious threat to the life of Palestinian leader Marwan Barghouti.

Acting on the orders of Prime Minister Netanyahu, extremist Zionist minister Itamar Ben Gvir, accompanied by a special suppression unit, personally stormed BarghoutiΓÇÖs cell. This provocative act constitutes a blatant violation of all international norms and an open threat to his life.

Ben Gvir is notorious for torturing prisoners on camera and has a long record of hatred, racism, and humiliation towards Palestinian detainees. During the raid, he directed obscene and indecent insults at Barghouti, crossing every red line.
